Nov. 27, 1987 ~ March 31, 2008- Justin Dean Franklin of Vancouver, WA, passed away on March 31, 2008 at the age of 20. He was born in Vancouver on Nov. 27, 1987 to Valerie Franklin and Lauren Kellum. Justin graduated from Prairie High School in 2006. He was employed as a cashier at Fred Meyer. He enjoyed Civil War Reenactments, video games and computers. He is survived by his mother, Valerie Jackson and step-father, Billy; father; grandparents; six aunts; one half sister; and several cousins and 2nd cousins. A memorial will be held on Friday, April 4, 2008, at 12:00 noon at LDS Church, 9728 NE 50th Ave. Graveside services to be held Monday, April 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to Justin's family, Billy and Valerie Jackson.
