Joanne Alice Tormanen, 35, passed away May 31, 2007 near Battle Ground, WA. She was born August 11, 1971 in Portland, OR. A 32-year resident of Clark County, she lived the past three months at her current home in Brush Prairie. Joanne was employed as a registered nurse with Legacy Emanuel Hospital and had a business in Battle Ground, Jo Jo's Old, New and Vintage Too. She was a lifelong member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Brush Prairie.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Dale, in 1980. Survivors include parents, Jim and Gladys Tormanen of Brush Prairie; brothers, Roger (Diane) of Battle Ground, and Duane (Tera), Tim (Cindy) and Nick (Amber), all of Brush Prairie; sisters, Jackie Tormanen of Vancouver, Julie (Dale) Williamson of Battle Ground and Maria (Gary) Lee and Amy (Brant) Redinger, both of Sheridan, WY; and 36 nieces and nephews. Funeral Services are Monday, June 4, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 32320 NE Lewisville Hwy, Battle Ground with burial in Elim Cemetery, Brush Prairie. Viewing on Sunday, June 3, 2007 from 6:30-8:30 PM at the church.
