Brandon Ray Romine, 23, died March 14, 2007 in Portland, Ore. He was born October 22, 1983 in Spokane, Wash. An 18-year resident of Clark County living in Brush Prairie, Wash., he had attended Hockinson Middle School, was a Prairie High School graduate and worked in pole barn construction. A handyman, he enjoyed collecting knives, skateboarding and shooting. Survivors include his wife, Katie, at home; sons, Dylan Ray and Seth Brandon, at home; mother, Crystel Hayes of Brush Prairie; father, Steven of Colorado; brother, Shawn of Beaverton, Ore., and grandparents, Ray and Rose Jorgensen of Brush Prairie and Ray and Kari Irvin of Spokane, Wash. Memorial Services will take place Sat., March 24, 2007, 1:00pm, at Layne's Funeral Chapel, Battle Ground. Donations, in memory of Brandon, can be made at IQ Credit Union in Battle Ground.
