Bill Mackey, 58, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born on Jan. 15, 1955 to Joseph and Peggy Mackey in Ketchikan, Alaska. He graduated from Evergreen High School in Vancouver, WA in 1973.
After school, Bill had various jobs. Eventually he got into the drywall business in which he worked for more than 30 years, the last 10 years with GTS Interior Supply.
Bill met Lynn in July 1981 and married in August 1984.
He was an avid fisherman and bird hunter.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Lynn; father, Joseph Mackey; brothers, Joe (Roxy), Mike (Shannon), sister, Colleen (Nathan) Harrison; numerous nieces and nephews; his dogs, Sheba and Max; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Mackey.
