will be remembered for her love, laughter,
drive and devotion to family."

Mary Lou Zepernick, our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Aug. 30, 2012 at the age of 74. She fought a courageous battle against Parkinson's disease for many years. She was born on May 2, 1938 in Ten Sleep, WY. Mary Lou and family then moved to Vancouver, WA where the Miners' - Dad, Mom, brothers Bob and Steve, and sisters Gertrude and Mertice settled. Mary Lou graduated from Hudson's Bay High School in 1956.
In 1960 she married Gary Zepernick. They had two children, Christopher and Teri.
Mary Lou started working for Property Management Services, Inc. in 1974 and retired after 25 years of service.
She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family - especially her grandchildren, vacationing, boating and fishing with Gary, and attending Husky Football games in Seattle.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Gary Zepernick (Vancouver, WA); son, Chris Zepernick (Shelby) (Puyallup, WA); daughter, Teri Till (Jeff) (Camas, WA); four grandchildren, Jordan, Haley, Ella and Addison; sister, Gertrude Barrett (Grants Pass, OR); and brother, Steve Miner (Vancouver, WA).
She was preceded in death by her father, Foster Miner; mother, Agnes Miner; brother, Robert Miner; and sister, Mertice Barr.
The service will be Sun., Sept. 9, 2012 at the Vancouver Funeral Chapel, 110 East 12th St., Vancouver, WA at 2:00 p.m., with the reception immediately following.
