Mike's faith was the most important part of his time here on earth. Among his favorite verses from the Bible was Joshua 24:15, "As for me and my house, we will serve The Lord." Mike will truly be missed by all those who knew him, and his family takes comfort knowing that he is now in his Heavenly Home.

I knew Mike as a very nice Christian teenager in our youth group at First Christian Church in Longview. He married my mom's best friend Pat Herren's daughter Kris, and while I lost track of him I was saddened to hear of his passing. Prayers for Kris and for his children and family.
