THELMA HEBDON
May 25, 1930 ~ September 26, 2016
Thelma Hebdon, 86, of Vancouver, WA, passed away Mon., Sept. 26, 2016 at her home. The youngest of three children, Thelma was born May 25, 1930 to Milford Barkdull and Ann Louise Hayes in Kemmerer, WY. She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her husband and four energetic boys. Thelma treasured being a great mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Salmon Creek Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Later in her life, she found enjoyment through her work at Clark College in the printing department. Thelma taught herself to play the organ and had a life-long love of music. She had a green thumb and her gardens, porches, and homes were always filled with beautiful plants and flowers. Thelma loved to laugh and always appreciated a good joke.
She was preceded in death by husband, Floyd; and their son, Mark. Thelma is survived by sons, Kelly (Diane) of Harrisonburg, VA, Corey (Terry) of Vancouver, WA, and Bob (Kathy) of Austin, TX; along with twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Thelma's caregivers who gave such tender love and care to her in her last years.
Services to be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with the viewing on Thurs., Sept. 29th from 5-9, and the funeral service on Fri., Sept. 30th at 12:30.

Thelma, We love you more than you will ever know. She was one of the most unselfish person we have ever meet. She was a second mother to us. Floyd & Thelma taught all of us to do our very best.
