TERESA "TERI" LOUISE MIKKELSON
October 8, 1928 - April 15, 2012
Teresa "Teri" Mikkelson of Vancouver, WA was a lifelong resident of the Portland area. She passed away peacefully at her home, and was preceded in death by her husband Richard Lionel Mikkelson on August 18, 2011.
Teri is survived by daughters Debbie Lhamon of Wenatchee, Donna Witt of Portland; and sisters Millie Wold of Portland, and Bee Horton of Loja Ecuador; and grandchildren Brian and Jessica Witt, and Traci Lhamon.
Donations may be made to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Foundation; PO Box 1600; Vancouver, WA 98668, to benefit the Hospice Program in memory of Teri Mikkelson.
