STEVENSON "STEVE" WRIGHT HARRIS
March 22, 1931 ~ February 17, 2014
Stevenson "Steve" Wright Harris was born March 22,1931 in Prindle, WA and passed away February 17, 2014 in Everett, WA. He spent his childhood on the family farm in Cape Horn, WA.
His formal education began in a one-room school house. He was a graduate of Washougal High School, then to Clark College, and the National Guard. He spent time in Seattle Bible College and mission outreach, as well.
Though he traveled throughout the U.S., mostly by car, he loved the Columbia river the most.
Steve is survived by his daughter, Carmen Harris; his five sons: Steven and Brenda Harris, Matthew Harris, Daniel Harris, Timothy Harris and Shane Harris; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial celebration with light refreshments will be held at the home of Richard and Sally Bea, Sat., April 26, 2014 from 2p.m. to 5p.m. Address: 511 Krogstad Road, Washougal, WA 98671 (this is on Cape Horn on Hwy 14). Comfortable dress.

Rest in peace Uncle Steve. I can imagine you sitting with dad (Rans) and Uncle John sharing stories now. I have fond memories of you when my sister Jamia and I were little. God's peace to all my cousins as you gather to share memories with the family next Saturday.

Steve lived across the road from Prindle School when I started the first grade, I believe Steve worked in my father's sawmill in Cape Horn.
