SARAH MARIE (MILLER) STEWARD
October 6, 1914 ~ December 12, 2014
Born in Johnstown, NE; Sarah was a twin to a sister named Clara who preceded her in death. Her parents were Thomas and Carrie Miller.
Sarah married her husband of 44 years, Raymond Steward, on July 1, 1933 in Winner, SD. In 1949, they moved to Battle Ground, WA. Raymond passed away in 1977, and Sarah continued to live in Battle Ground until the spring of this year when she moved to Oregon.
Sarah and Raymond had four children, Shirley Andrews, Bonnie Stitzel, Larry Steward, and Dannie Steward. Sarah is survived by 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Sarah outlived her 10 siblings, having reached the age of 100.
A memorial service will be held at the Rock Creek/Lewisville Park Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Sat., Dec. 20th at 2:30 p.m. Friends and neighbors are welcome.
