I met Ruby when she came to our house to tell us there was a package for us on her son's porch. She was watching her son's house while his family were on vacation. We lived across from his house. What a wonderful sweet woman! We chatted for quite a while. We had not lived here for long and she filled me in on some of the history of Camas and Fern Prairie. I was fortunate enough to see and visit with her some of the times she came out to his house. Thank you Ruby for sharing your love of Camas with me. RIP
