RONALD C. "RON" MADLER

Ron Madler passed away Jan 11, 2011 after a valiant fight against cancer. Ron was born and raised in California, moved to Oregon to follow work and establish a family. Ron eventually settled down in Yacolt, WA. Ron enjoyed fishing, camping, woodworking and photography. Many of Ron's passions were enjoyed by his dog Murphy, "life's greatest companion". Ron's five year tenor on the Yacolt City Counsel and contribution to the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad kept him happily involved in his community.
Ron leaves two daughters, a son and several grandchildren behind. A memorial will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 5, 2011, at the Pioneer Grange, 3803 NE 199TH S.,t Ridgefield, WA 98642.
