I only knew the man I came to call Uncle Dale since about 2007 when I met him through his sister in-law Marcy whom of which I met in 2004 and I have become an extended member of the family...Mr.Conner was always so inviting and loving to people of all walks of life and the one experience that stands out for me is when I took he and his wife Lillian (Aunt Lil) during Christmas season 2007 along with Marcy (Mom) to view the lights at Peacock Lane in Southeast Portland and that will always be a special memory for me and I am glad I was able to do it and also this past Christmas(2010) I made sure that there was a Christmas Tree for them to enjoy even though it was only about 1 foot tall and it was always a joy to visit him and I still enjoy going over to visit and he will be missed by many myself included...Love to Dale and The Family!
