Randy Ray Brown, Jr, 41, of Vancouver, WA, passed away suddenly in Las Vegas, NV, on Monday, March 5, 2018. He was born on January 8, 1977, in Centralia, WA, the son of Randy Ray Brown, Sr. and Rhonda Faye Wilcox-Brown. Randy attended Fort Vancouver High School in Vancouver, and started his career in construction soon after.
He loved fishing, listening to country music, travelling, and the Seahawks.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Moriah Noel Brown of San Diego, CA in 2010; paternal grandmother, Barbara Morris of Chehalis; and maternal grandparents, Vern and Myrtly Wilcox of Centralia.
Randy is survived by his longtime companion, Wendi Allen: son, Jaycub Brown of WI; father, Randy Sr. of San Diego; mother, Rhonda (Jeffrey Sr.) Cowger of Vancouver; sisters, Sheena Wachter of Vancouver and Ginger Cowger of Florida; brothers, Charles Taylor, Jr. of CA and Jeffrey Cowger II of Vancouver; step-sisters, Aileen Devlin and Tracy Grauman, both of Centralia; aunts, Andrea (Erv) Teal of Puyallup, Jennifer (Jeff) Heiger of Seattle, Bobbie Mitchell of FL, and Gina Friedman of Palm Desert, CA; uncles, Cliff (Laura) Morris of Scott Lake and Steve (Linda) Wilcox of Centralia; paternal grandfather, James W. Morris of AZ; nephews, Caleb Cowger and Joe Gallegos of Vancouver; and cousins, James Mitchell of FL and Collette Al-Kurdi of San Francisco, CA.
Visitation will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at Brown Mortuary Service, 299 N Market Blvd., Chehalis, and again from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 17. Interment will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 17 at Claquato Cemetery, 142 Stearns Rd, Chehalis. A memorial service will follow the interment at 12:00 p.m. at Brown Mortuary Service, followed by a reception at the same location.
