PAUL JON PHILLIPS, D.C.
November 22, 1942 ~ December 6, 2017

Paul Jon Phillips passed away suddenly on Dec. 6, 2017 while traveling in China with his wife Pam. He was born on Nov. 22, 1942 in Buffalo, NY to Caroline and George Phillips and grew up in Sackets Harbor, NY, the eldest of 5 children.
After high school, Paul served his country as a radar operator in the Air Force for 6 years. In 1961, while stationed in Corvalis, OR, Paul met Pamela Mowrey, the love of his life. They were married for 54 years and together they had 3 children, Bryan, Michelle and Darren.
Paul entered Palmer Chiropractic College in 1966 and completed the four year course in three years, graduating in 1969.
Paul opened Phillips Chiropractic Clinic in 1971 in Vancouver, WA and for over 46 years he devoted himself to caring for his parents.
Paul was a man of many accomplishments and achievements over the course of his life, but the part of his life he excelled at the most was creating an amazing family experience for his children, their spouses and the ten grandchildren.
He was the biggest fan, best coach and best friend anyone could ever ask for. If we had to choose
one word to describe Paul, it would be "family".
There are many who Paul knew throughout his life and you are invited to join his family in celebrating his time with us. A service will be held Jan. 9, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vancouver, WA: Rosary 10a.m., Funeral Mass 11a.m., with reception at Marian Hall from 12-3p.m.
