NORRIS ALTON FELT
February 8, 1927 ~ November 16, 2015

Norris Alton Felt died on November 16, 2015. He is survived by wife of 67 years, Elaine Mickelson Felt, three children Arnette Arey (Dennis), Bryan Felt, Cynthia Hammond (Jeff), six grand children, and seven great grant children, and three brothers Lloyd, Mervin, Orville.
Norris was born on February 8, 1927 to Axel and Nora Felt in Shevlin, MN. He graduated from Bagley High School in Bagley, MN in 1944. He served in the Navy for 18 months at the end of World War II, before attending Central Radio and Television School In Kansas City, MO.
He and Elaine Moved to Ontario, CA in 1950, where he had various jobs, but ended up working for General Dynamics in Pomona, CA for 33 years. While living in the High Desert of Southern California, and retiring in 1987, Norris and Elaine became a Distributor for Mountain Man Nut and Fruit Co. in Victorville, CA for 11 years. In 2004 they moved to Vancouver, WA to be closer to family.
He was a member of the Pomona Valley Barbershop Chorus in California, and Bridgetown Sound Chorus in Oregon, for a combination of 45 years.
Memorial services will be held at the Family of Christ Lutheran Church in Felida, Sat. Nov. 21, 2015, at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Family of Christ Lutheran Church in Felida, Washington, or to Parkinson's Disease Research.
