MELISSA DAWN FOX
May 3, 1971 ~ December 26, 2017

Melissa Dawn Fox, resident of Portland, OR, died on December 26, 2017.
Melissa had a long and distinguished career as a youth advocate, trainer, and coach. She worked with Janus Youth Programs in the 1990's and most recently with Clackamas County for many years. Her passion was supporting youth and adults to find and live their purpose. She started First Star Legacy in 2002 and successfully served hundreds of youth, adults, groups and communities and families through training, education, 1:1 and group coaching.
Melissa was an avid film fan, a gifted writer, lover of animals and shared her huge heart and sense of humor with many.
She is survived by her mother, Cynthia Fox of Vancouver WA, Elaine Bagley, Erin Bagley, and her cousins: Candace Evans, Stacey Holms, Jamie Raemaeker.
Melissa's memorial service will be Sat., Jan. 6 at 3 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 1101 NE 112th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98684. A reception will follow the service.
