MABLE WYNN
June 10, 1920 ~ April 23, 2016
Mable Wynn, 95 years old, passed away April 23, 2016. She was born June 10, 1920 to her parents Alice and Elmer Hays in Ellendale, North Dakota.
Mable traveled to Camas, Washington in 1944 to locate family members, where she settled and worked at Crown Zellerbach in the converting plant during WWII.
In Camas, Mable met and married her husband Dale Wynn in 1946 after he returned from serving in WWII. Mable and Dale enjoyed 69 years of marriage together.
Mable's professional career included working at Riverview Savings and Loan, Vancouver Federal Savings and Loan, and in Real Estate and Escrow Closing.
She served as a board member for Homes for Community Living.
Mable enjoyed traveling with Dale on cruises throughout the world and in their motorhome covering the USA. Going to the beach, gardening, dancing and going for long walks around the neighborhood were some of her favorite activities.
Mable is survived by her husband, Dale Wynn; and son, Philip Wynn (Julie).
She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Wynn; brothers, Harold Hays, Bud Hays, and John Hays.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Vancouver, WA, Friday, May 6 at 12:30 p.m.

Sorry we missed Mable's service. We have fond memories of her and Dale. My parents Ed and Vivian Knopp were friends.
