JONI RE JONES
May 22, 1931 ~ July 13, 2015
It is with selfish sadness that we announce that Joni has passed away. With the promise of making ravioli, playing cribbage, endless golf with St. Peter and Sapphire gin flowing in the fountains, she gracefully went to sleep.
Joni always made a statement and lived life her way. From being born to Italian immigrant parents who came through Ellis Island, to opening several female owned businesses in the 60's. She presented a spark and a zest for life that everyone envied.
Sadly left behind are her daughters, Jenny Brown (Neal) and Suzi Bowman (Dick); prized grandchildren, Brooke, Adam and Ashley; as well as stunning great-grandchildren; friends too many to mention; and the four who were there all the way to the end, were her beloved Fred, Rick, Delores, and Pete.
She will be greatly missed by us all. So please raise your glass and say a toast to Joni when you read this and remember her fondly, as we will!
