Your friendship cannot be replaced because not too many people are as nice as you were...it's only been two weeks and I am really missing you Jim...thank you Karen and Steve for taking such great care of Jim in his final days. He thought the world of you two..I am so grateful for having Jim as my friend...I will see you in heaven but until then, I will think of you often.

Jim-
You have been a good neighbor to my parents for many years. You always kept an eye out for them and we were always so appreciative of that.
I will miss you, your boisterous "hello!" from across the street and your concern for your neighbors. The neighborhood will never be quite the same.
Missing you already...

My late husband and I were former neighbors of Jim and Dorothy and what great neighbors and friends they were. I have many fond memories of them. Jim was definitely one of a kind!! Since moving away from his neighborhood I would run into him at different stores around town and enjoyed listening to his stories. He never was at a loss for words. Rest in peace, Jim. I will miss seeing you.
