JACQUELINE D. BISSELL Jacqueline D. Bissell, former Ocean Shores, WA, resident, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2005 in Vancouver, WA at the age of 86. "Jackie" was born April 11th, 1919 in Dilworth, TX and graduated from high school in Braman, OK. Jackie worked as an accountant in San Antonio, TX where she met her husband, Leonard Bissell. They were married in Tacoma, WA on July 22nd, 1948 and remained married for 50 years. They moved to Vancouver, WA in 1950 where Jackie began a career in real estate as well as continuing her work as an accountant. Jackie and Leonard moved to Ocean Shores in 1971 where they owned and operated Ocean Investment Realty for several years. Jackie enjoyed playing golf, traveling, fishing, bowling, bingo, ballroom dancing, scrabble and crossword puzzles. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Leonard. Survivors include daughter, Donna Frasier and her husband Ron of Ridgefield, WA; grandson, Mike Frasier and his wife Suzy of Ridgefield, WA; granddaughter, Lisa Melo and her husband Joe of Vancouver, WA; great-grandchildren, Kelsie and Tyler Frasier, Austin and Abigail Melo. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 28th, 2005 at 3:00 PM in the Galilean Chapel located at 824 Ocean Shores Blvd., Ocean Shores, WA. The Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam, WA is in charge of arrangements. Contributions may be made to the Galilean Chapel Memorial Fund or to the Ocean Shores Fire Department, P.O.
