Pete was a long time family friend to my dad, Buck Harteloo. They used to hunt and pal around together for years. We were reminiscing today, telling "Petey-Poddy" stories. We laughed long and hard when our Dad was reliving his moose hunting experiences with Pete. Not to mention the Harry Truman stories they had when they were logging by Mt St Helens.
He was such a great guy and he will be missed.
