FLOSSIE LAVONNE (HOWIE) MORRISON
November 1, 1928 ~ January 6, 2018

Flossie was born in Faith, South Dakota and lived there until the family moved to Vancouver, Washington in August of 1943 to work in the shipyards. She attended high school at Fort Vancouver. Flossie worked at the Old State Theater her junior and senior year as an usherette and cashier.
In July 1946, Flossie was married to Perry Lee Morrison. Perry and Flossie began to grow their family and built their family home in the Heights in 1958. She resided there until she went to be with the Lord.
She enjoyed gardening and travel. She was a member of the Grace and Glory Community Church, First Church of God.
Flossie was preceded in death by her husband, Perry. She is survived by her children: Gerald Lee Morrison, Kathryn Ann Tuttle, and Barbara Jean Morrison; eight grand- children, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Funeral will be held Friday, January 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at the Morrison home, 7560 Carolina Lane, Vancouver.
