FARRELL "BUDDY" JESSE WALKER
March 24, 1931 ~ July 30, 2016
Farrell "Buddy" Jesse Walker passed away in Las Vegas, NV due to complications to dementia. He was born in Baldwin, KS and moved to Vancouver, WA in 1944. Bud was a letterman at Ogden Meadows High.
He joined the Air Force during the Korean War and served on Okinawa.
Bud was an electrician and owned a building maintenance business in California where he lived with his wife, Darleen, for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Darleen; parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Walker; and sisters, Nancy Eastman, Doris Barnes, and Carol Christopherson.
Bud is survived by his daughter, Cathy LaPlante; sons, Steve and Jim; brother, Joe; sister, Sharon Mitchell; also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bud was laid to rest with military honors next to his wife, Darleen in Riverview National Cemetery in California.
A meeting will be held to honor Bud at 5:00 p.m., Sun., Sept. 25th at Hometown Buffett in Vancouver, WA.
