ELLA MAE (KREINBRING) FISHER
November 9, 1933 ~ March 15, 2017

Ella Mae (Kreinbring) Fisher was born on November 9, 1933 in Lewistown, Montana to Earl Vernon and Emma Katherine Kreinbring. She passed away on March 15, 2017 in Vancouver, WA. The family moved to the Clark County area when she was in grade school. Ella Mae was raised on a dairy farm in Brush Prairie, WA and was very active in 4-H and the Clark County Fair for many years, both as a member and as a leader.
She attended Washington State University for a year and graduated from Clark College with an Associate degree in Nursing, then worked at Vancouver Memorial Hospital and Southwest Washington Hospital before retiring to travel the states.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence William "Bill" Fisher; son, John David Fisher; and brothers, Earl Ray (Sonny) Kreinbring and Darrell Eugene Kreinbring.
Ella Mae is survived by her children: Teresa Lee Hill (husband Scott), Larry Eugene Fisher (wife Debbie), Robert "Bob" Dee Fisher (wife Janice), Laurie Kay Suchy (husband Steve), and William "Bill" Fisher (wife Susan); sister, Janet Bellcoff (husband Roy); 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Guardian Angels Adult Family Home for the love and care provided to Ella Mae over the last year.
There will be a memorial service on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 1101 NE 112th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98684.
