DONNA MARIE (STYKEL) MANSON
February 24, 1957 ~ December 12, 2017

Donna Marie Manson, 60, passed away on December 12, 2017 at 4 p.m. in Chicago, IL surrounded by family. She resided in Aliceville, AL but was seeking treatment in Chicago for her long battle with Cancer. Donna was born on February 24, 1957 in Sioux Falls, SD and relocated to the Portland, OR area with the majority of her 9 siblings.

She later settled in The Battle Ground, WA area where she raised her family for many happy years. Being a homemaker until the children were grown, she was eager to do something else. She then purchased a Curves club where she loved helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Donna enjoyed volunteering at Relay For Life events and took part in many other fun run events with family and friends. Gardening, hosting events and bringing people together were just some of her favorite past times especially around the holiday season.

Donna leaves behind her two children Angela (Brian) and Kyle, who she shared with her former spouse Peter; mother Shirley (Paul) and predeceased by her father James (Lamourne); siblings Jeanne (Bill), James (Julie), Donald, Myrna (Tim), Ronald (Bernadette), David, Laurie, Lisa (Perry), and Scott (Lori); and her partner of 10 years Greg; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews that she cherished so much.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Vancouver, WA. If you are unable to attend, the family and church are accepting flowers the Thursday before and the day of the event but the church is closed on Friday, January 19th.
