Christie Fanning of Vancouver, WA, passed away November 9, 2015 at her home. She was born September 9, 1952 in Vancouver, to Loren and Florence Frodl. She met and married her husband of 45 years, Charles L. Fanning, at the age of 17. She attended Fort Vancouver High School and graduated in 1971.
Christie became a Homemaker and enjoyed raising and caring for her family, along with watching her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed the company of husband, nail polish to match her clothing, reading, word search puzzles, and her fur babies, Mitzy and Bobby.
She is survived by her husband Charles; her mother Florence Frodl; sister Karen Sobotta; daughter Tracy Mingus; sons Charles Fanning IV and John Fanning; grandsons Loren and Erik Mingus; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Loren Frodl and brother Michael Frodl.
Arrangements have been made with Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home, service will be Sat. Nov., 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a gathering for immediate family only.

My aunt Christie was very near and dear to my heart; she will be greatly missed.
