Yet another year has passed that I haven't received a call asking how I was or a quick trip to the casino. I miss his visits.

Dave and I worked together at FM in the 1990s. I will always remember how he and some of the other FM engineers in the Portland area met my family at the airport when they returned from our stint in Germany in 1995. I had to stay on for a couple of months to finish some work there.
Dave and the others-Bob Harrison, Roger Myers and I think Ted Faure, made sure my wife and daughters got to our house safely and set them up with camping gear while they had to wait for the furniture to get back from Germany.
I was always grateful that Dave cared enough to help out like that. In the years that followed, he would ask how they were doing.
I miss you, Dave. RIP.

I didn't know Dave very long, but he seemed like a life long friend. Dave was a unique individual who loved the Lord. We will unit again in the presence of the Lord. Those where the last words I heard from Dave during our farewell conversation. Rest in peace Dave.

Cousin Dave was a joy. I am thankful he was my cousin. I had the privilege of a nice long chat with him a week or so before he passed. He will indeed be missed.
