BOB FAULKNER Bob Faulkner, age 65, of Vancouver, WA, passed away on Oct. 22, 2005. He was born Dec. 31, 1939, in Flat River, MO where he attended school until he joined the Navy in 1957. Bob met his wife in San Diego, CA in 1960, and they married in 1961, moving many times over the next years as the Navy transferred him. He retired in 1977 in Bremerton, WA. He then worked for Quintco inspecting new Naval ships before activation. Bob didn't enjoy being away from his family again, so in 1980 they moved to Vancouver. He worked for ABM in the Evergreen and Ridgefield School Districts until he retired in 1998. Bob loved his western movies and trips to Lake Tahoe and was able to take his last trip there in September. Bob leaves behind his beloved wife Vicky; one son, Vince Faulkner of Smyrna, TN; two daughters, Wendy Senatori of Portland, OR and Debbie Ott of Oklahoma City, OK. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and numerous other family. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, Oct. 28, 2005 1:30 PM at the Willamette National Cemetery. Viewing will be at Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home, 9AM-5 PM Thursday and 9-11 AM Friday.

Times wont be easy, but Thank God for all the memories you were able to share together, they may hurt now, but in time the pain will ease and smiles will come more frequent. He hears all prayers and is with you always. I will keep you in my prayers, and i am always only an email or IM away from you. Dear Vick
Was my great pleasure to know Bob. What a sweetheart. Some might say that Bob was rough, I think he was a gem. He was always good to make sure you and I were behaving and we had our "ice cream" for the day. He was even willing to share the western channel with me. And in his better days he would even give us a call on the cell phone to see "where the heck are you girls" I am very sure that Bob is in good hands. He is able to peak down and check on you. So glad that I can count you and Bob among my dearest friends.
Love you
Becky

Miss Vicky
I'm sorry for your loss. I never get to talk to you or Bob on the phone, so I don't know the sounds that angels make. Now we had a few chats on line about me being a bad host but you forgave me and started to steer me in the right direction. Now I know that you are and always will be one of the nicest people I have ever had the chance to meet. And I know your husban Bob would have to have the same personalty as you, and be just as kind hearted as you. Miss Vicky you and the rest of my online family will always have a big chunk of my heart!8+) If you need a shoulder to cry on or talk to,,,,, I'll be here fo you.

Hi Vicky,
It's sad to here the loss of Bob. You have spent many a night listening to me and my rants. I wish I were there for you in your time of need. Always remember that we all care deeply for you. I hope you are ok. Remember one thing. Ponder on the good times and remember that if it hadn't been for them, this would be easy. I said a prayer for you.

Dear Vicky:
I know you must be having an array of feelings from relief to deep sadness, but remember Bob is now in Heaven and finally at HOME with God. He will not suffer and Bob has total peace. You were a wonderful wife and provided all his care when he became sick. Remember we all are "on loan" while on earth as God decides when to bring us here and when to take us away. May God give you, Wendy, Vince and all your family peace throughout the days to follow.
Love,
Barb
