BILLY GLEN TUCKER

Bill Tucker, 85, died at his home in Vancouver, WA, on Sept. 19, 2016. He was born on April 18, 1931 in Exeter, MO and grew up in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Bill lived in Carpinteria, CA for 18 years and Lake Tahoe, CA for 13 years before moving to Vancouver in 1993. He was a retired telephone technician of 30 years, a Korean War Veteran, and member of the American Legion.
Bill was married to Peggi C. Tucker for 44 years before her death in 2001.
Bill is survived by his wife, Kay Moultrie Tucker; son, Greg Tucker of Charlotte, NC; daughters, Lindi Jordan of Porterville, CA, Sharon Gemmell of Columbia, SC, and Toni Fussell of Portland, OR; sister, Joy Guentert of Roseville, CA; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the Fourth Plain Church of the Nazarene on Sat., Oct. 22nd at 10:30a.m.

Rest in peace n Love Uncle Gabe. I miss you so much. Remembering all the times when I was little and spending time with you n Aunt Peggy in Lake Tahoe, Sundays at Ma n Pa house. I cherish all the memories. To this day when I smell a cigar I think of you. I love you Uncle Gabe, Little Bonnie

First of all I send my most heartfelt condolences to all of Gabe's family. It is my understanding from his sister, Joy, that he and my Dad were good friends running around as boys and young men in Maysville AR. My thoughts are with you in the days to come.
