RICHARD DALE COCHRAN

"Dick was a kind-hearted and caring person."
Richard Dale Cochran of Vancouver, WA, passed away on Jan. 1, 2011. He was born on March 30, 1932 to Glen and Marie Cochran in Walla Walla, WA, where he graduated from Walla Walla High.
Dick later served in the Korean War during 1950-1953.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an accomplished horseman.
Dick is survived by his son, Roy Cochran; daughters, Teresa Nelson, Dawn Cochran and Tracy Bong; nine grandchildren, Grant, Joey, Ryan, Jason, Jeni, Erin, Curtis, Katie and Paige; 22 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and brother, Jub Cochran.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Wilma; sister, Marjorie; and brothers, Russell, Max and Donn.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wed., Jan. 5, 2011 at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 16603 NE 142nd Ave., Brush Prairie, WA with a viewing on Tues., Jan. 4th, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
