MARY ANN LITTLE
September 1, 1935 ~ December 4, 2012

Mary Ann Little, 77, of Salem, OR, formerly of Albany, OR and Vancouver, WA, passed away Tues. at her home. She was born in Prosser, WA, the daughter of Ralph and Leona (Perry) Bonifas.
Mary Ann attended the University of Washington and was a proud Huskies football fan.
She was active with the St. Joseph Church in Vancouver.
After she and her husband retired and sold their businesses, Ervin's Drugs Store and Ervin's West, they enjoyed traveling to Europe and visited all 50 states.
Mary Ann was an avid photographer and scrapbooker. She was a political enthusiast and love to debate. She was accomplished in sewing and knitting, and she loved a good game of Pinochle at family gatherings.
Mary Ann's greatest legacy was her passionate pursuit
of the family's ancestry and heritage. Her meticulous research and finely recorded details will forever remain a treasured gift to her children, grandchildren and future generations.
On May 19, 1962, Mary Ann married John "Jack" Little. She was blessed with 46 years of marriage. Jack died on April 28, 2009. Mary Ann was also preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Leona Bonifas; and a son, John Little in 1966.
Survivors include her children and spouses, Kathryn Soldano of Yakima, WA, Patrice (Jordan) Cowman of Eugene, OR, Joseph (Ann) Little of Salem, OR, Steve (Jody) Little of Portland, OR, Alaine Little of Portland, OR, Anthony (Monique) Little of Wilsonville, OR, Regan (Brad) Fields of Salem, OR; grandchildren, Christopher, Michaela and Alex Soldano, Jameson, Taylor, Benjamin and Alea Cowman, Sam, Thomas and David Little, Allison and Ryan Little, Matthew and Cameron Little, Maxwell and Olivia Fields; one great-grandson, Nikkos Soldano; and a sister, Kandie Dick of Republic, WA.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thurs., Dec. 20 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Prosser, WA. Inurnment will be at East Prosser Cemetery in Prosser, WA.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Labre Indian School in care of Fisher Funeral Home, 306 SW Washington St., Albany, OR 97321.
