Leslie "Les" E. Clauson, 81, formerly of Vancouver, WA, passed away Nov. 1, 2012 at home in Centralia, WA, joining his wife, Margaret "Peg" Clauson, who passed away Sept. 30, 2012 at the age of 83.
Les served in the Navy in the Korean War.
He opened Clauson Office Supply in 1963 and later opened Central Office Products in Centralia, WA in 1983.
Les is survived by his brother, Wallace Clauson.
Peg graduated from nursing school and spent her working years in the medical field in Washington and Iowa.
She is survived by her brother, Cecil Higgins.
Les and Peg are both survived by their sons, Thomas and James Clauson; daughters, Laurie Procida, Joan Javier; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Les and Peg will be held at Hub City Club, 216 Tower, Centralia, WA on Sun., Nov. 11, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Peg and Les were wonderful friends and I was pleased to have a brief opportunity to be there pastor when we lived in Washougal, Washington. Blessings on the family. Two wonderful people who made this world a better place for everone to live in.

The passing of Les and Margaret is a great loss to all us who knew them. They were wonderful people and opened their hearts and home to many. Both will be sorely missed.

I read this with great sadness today, The Clausen family played a big part in my childhood memories with Les on the pump organ, Peg as my Sunday school teacher, Lauries wedding, Joan and piano lessons.....My condolences to the family. Tom Kelly
