Gregory Edward Thorkildson, 40, passed away unexpectedly Sat. night, June 7th, 2014. He was born and raised in Vancouver, WA and attended Prairie High School.
Greg was hard working and very dedicated to his work at Franz Family Bakery.
He enjoyed attending sporting events, golfing, motocross, riding his KTM, and was an avid runner.
Greg is survived by his son, Steven Markus Jenkins- Thorkildson; Steven's mother, Jennifer Jenkins; Thorkildsons and Stein Families; and girlfriend, Jennifer Wade.
He will be reunited in death with his mother, Sharon; and sister, Denise Thorkildson.
Please join us at St. John's Catholic Church, Fri., June 20, 2014: Rosary:10:30, Service: 11:00, Reception:12:15.
The church was generous to provide this service to his loved ones. Please bring canned or boxed food items to the church to support the food pantry in honor of Greg.

I am very saddened at the loss of a terrific Nephew. We had great times golfing, family dinners, and a great trip to Chicago. I'll miss his laughter and genuine friendship that was a special closeness to me. I know you will be greatly missed. I will never forget.

Greg will be terribly missed. What a great guy and such a terrible loss to his family and all of us. My wife and I cried when we heard of his passing. I met him thru Boy Scouts and our friendship sustained us for many years. I am so sorry to for all his friends and relatives. Rest in Peace Greg......but make it your special out of doors fun filled and active Peace!
