Scott: I shared an office with you for 6 years at the VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. You impacted my life more than you could ever imagine. I learned so much from you....as you were my own personal Mr. Science. RIP, my friend. I missed you since we parted in our careers and I will continue to miss you. My prayers to your family and friends everywhere.

I feel privileged to have had you as one of my older brothers, Scott. Among other things, you were the smartest person I ever knew. As well, you were a very kind and loving brother to the end. I will never forget you. Till we meet again, Scott, rest in peace.
