Delano Frank Homola, 80 passed away peacefully October 9, 2017 at his home in Ridgefield, WA.
Delano was born January 28, 1937 in Gackle, ND to Frank and Hulda Homola.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Shirley; daughters, Delona Fox of California, Christina Tackett of Spokane, WA and Lea Gorman of Ridgefield, WA; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Clifford, Archie, Dennis and Kenneth; sisters, Elna Kopman, Delores Urban and Maryann Olsen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Eldora Skog; and brother, Melvin.
Delano owned Homola Construction Inc., moving houses in the area. He served in the US Navy and was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church.
Viewing will be held Wed., Oct. 11, 6:30-8:30 p.m. and funeral services will be held Thurs., Oct. 12, 1 p.m. at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 16603 NE 142nd Ave., Brush Prairie.
