May 29, 1945 ~ August 3, 2014

Norma McCoy (Fogg) died on August 3, 2014 in Vancouver, Washington at 11:50 p.m. of metastatic breast cancer. She was 69 years old.

Born in Lockport, NY on May 29, 1945 to Kenneth and Evelyn Fogg, Norma was the youngest of four girls, Bernice Budde (deceased), Helen Kyle of Suffolk, VA, and Patricia Nuchesi of Auburn, NY. She had two daughters, Marcy McCoy (Jack Rua) and Renee Maritt (Karl); and five grandchildren, Tyler 20, Ashlyn 16, Benjamin 9, Lauren 8 and Jonah 5. Norma moved to Washougal to be closer to her daughters and her grandchildren.

Norma enjoyed being home where she spent time gardening, decorating, sewing and making crafts. She was always working on some sort of project. Norma will be remembered for her kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, wit, sense of humor and ability to be such a great listener. All who knew her will miss her dearly. I believe the legacy she leaves behind is "always, forever and no matter what" because that is how she loved her friends and family.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Warrens Corners United Methodist Church in Lockport, NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver, Washington or to the .
