August 23, 1949 ~ May 12, 2014

James Alan Nelson (Jim) (Mad Dog) passed away May 12, 2014 at his home in Florence, Arizona. Jim lived most of his life in the Camas, Vancouver WA area. A Vietnam war vet, Purple Heart, and retired from the Camas paper mill.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Linda Leigh Nelson and his constant companion, their dog, Hooter; his sister Deann; five children, Stacey, Chanel, Stacey, Jason, Derek; seven grandchildren; one great grandson and many nieces and nephews. We will miss you "Mad Dog".
A celebration of life will be held on Sat. May 31, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the Homestead Tavern, 2561 Belle Center Road, Washougal WA 98671. It will be a Pot Luck. BYOB.
